Randy Runyon
- President and CEO ext. 222
Randy is the President and CEO of the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC). His job is to ensure that OACHC achieves its strategic goals and objectives. Randy joined OACHC in August of 2010 and was previously the Assistant Executive Director of the Community Action Committee of Pike County. Randy Runyon has spent 35 years working with Community Health Centers and community development issues all across Ohio. He has also served on numerous boards and commissions addressing issues that affect Appalachian Ohio. Mr. Runyon has served on the OACHC Board of Directors since 2000.

Rebecca Bonnell
- Administrative Assistant ext. 221
Rebecca Bonnell joined OACHC in January of 2009 as the Administrative Assistant for the office. Although her main focus is maintaining quarterly GRF data and job postings on various websites, she also provides support for many of the other office functions as well. She has a B.S. in Agriculture and M.S. in Science from the Ohio State University. Rebecca previously was a stay at home mom of 3 wonderful children and is returning to the workforce.

Jennifer Bowers

Jennifer has been the Director of Finance at OACHC since 2002. She oversees all financial management of the organization including developing budgets and financial policies, compliance with state and federal fiscal regulations and grant programs. Prior to working at OACHC, Jennifer worked for the Union County Health Department as a Fiscal Officer. She holds a B.S. from Franklin University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Ohio.

Jennifer Bulugaris
- Conference and Training Coordinator ext. 224
Jennifer is our newest staff member and is responsible for assisting in planning and implementing OACHC’s conferences and training sessions as well as OACHC’s website content. Prior to being a stay-at-home mom to her two young children she worked as an event planner for a private investment group and a non-profit organization in small business and economic development. Jennifer has her B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University.

Julie DiRossi-King
- Director of Government Affairs ext. 226
Julie is the Director of State Government Affairs. She continues to develop relationships with members of the General Assembly and the Administration, advocating and advancing OACHC’s legislative priorities at the state level. She also coordinates the association’s grassroots efforts, which allows the OACHC membership to effectively communicate with their elected representatives. Prior to joining OACHC Julie served as the Legislative Liaison for Governor Bob Taft overseeing all health and human services issues, was the legislative aide to former State Representative Merle Grace Kearns (R-Springfield) and also worked in the Ohio Dental Association’s legislative division. Julie has a B.A. from The Ohio State University.

Jaime joined OACHC in April 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of planning and implementing OACHC’s conferences and trainings as well as OACHC’s website content and design. In addition, Jaime is responsible for all OACHC's membership needs. Jaime previously worked at a national association as their Marketing and Web Strategy Manager and for a museum development company designing exhibits, meetings and content for their museums’ websites. She holds a B.A. from John Carroll University and a M.Ed. from Cleveland State University, Jaime currently works in the Cleveland area.

Peter LaBianca
- Director of Workforce Development ext. 223
Peter joined OACHC in November, 2003, and currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development. He represents Association members in their recruitment efforts and the current efforts to foster development of residency training sites and involvement with other health professions training programs. He is retired from the State of Ohio, after working for 30 years in Mental Health and Corrections. He has a B.A. in Psychology from John Carroll University and an M.S. from the Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Susan Lawson
- ECOH Program Coordinator ext. 228
As the Early Childhood Oral Health Program Coordinator, Susan works with the FQHC's to promote The Anthem Foundation's fluoride varnish program. She also provides technical support, training and education to integrate it into the health center's patient care processes. Susan previously worked at Nationwide Children's Hospital where she worked with Dr. Paul Casamassimo, DDS on a NHI grant. Susan has a BS of Education from The Ohio State University, and is currently working on a Master's of Human Resource Management degree.

Heather Porter
- ECOH/Health Center Operations Specialist ext. 229
As the Early Childhood Oral Health ECOH specialist (ECOH) Heather oversees the implementation of the ECOH grant within the participating health centers. As the Health Center Operations Specialist she leads efforts to promote best practices as well as support continued HDC work and other state-wide quality improvement activities. Heather has previous experience working as the Clinical Coordinator for a large school of nursing in the Columbus area as well as Billing and Compliance Coordinator for the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Heather graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. in Health/Community Health Services and is also CHES certified. Currently she is pursuing her MPA with a focus on Healthcare Management.

Lindsey Ruivivar
- Government Affairs & Advocacy Coordinator ext. 232
As the Government Affairs & Advocacy Coordinator, Lindsey is focused on growing, strengthening and utilizing OACHC's grassroots advocacy network. She builds relations with partner organizations and Community Health Center supporters to build support for Community Health Center legislative priorities. Lindsey also serves as a Regional Field Organizer for the National Association of Community Health Centers, working with health centers in six mid-west states. Prior to joining OACHC, Lindsey worked for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. She also served as Grassroots Director for a 2006 Congressional campaign and has worked on multiple other political campaigns. Lindsey has degrees in International Relations & Diplomacy and Political Science from The Ohio State University.

Diana Wagner
- Office Manager ext. 227
Diana Wagner joined OACHC in November 2005, and is the Office Manager and assistant to the Executive Director. She relishes being the one behind the scenes at OACHC helping to make things run more smoothly. Diana retired from Lucent Technologies after 27 years of service. Throughout her telephony career, she performed many different functions, but the one of which she is most proud is that of Information Development Specialist, where she wrote, edited and formatted training courses for 5ESS® Switch engineers.
